During my recent business trip, I was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful amenities provided at this hotel. the spacious rooms had a fantastic view, making it easy to relax after a long day of work. the staff were consistently friendly and informative, and I particularly appreciated the assistance from Luis and Bruna. the buffet was also quite good, and there was enough variety to satisfy a range of tastes. the location was convenient for exploring the surrounding area, with easy access to transportation options.

The hotel is nice, all inclusive, with swimming pools, indoor and outdoor, a peaceful garden. Food has a sufficient variety and tasty seasoning.

Nothing not to love.

The hotel was exquisite, with exceptional service that exceeded expectations. the Spa lounge and Indoor swimming pool were fantastic, offering a tranquil and relaxing experience. the garden area was well-maintained and provided a serene environment.

We encountered a minor issue with the outdoor swimming pool as the sun loungers were limited, and we had to wait a bit to get a spot. this was a minor issue and did not affect our overall experience.

We had a fantastic stay with our two small kids. the staff is extremely helpful and pleasant, always there to provide great service - from the cleaning staff to the reception desk. the buffet had a good variety of tasty food, and the dessert table was a highlight! the heated pool was wonderful for the kids to splash around in. the room was spacious with a fantastic view, and the bathroom was well-maintained.

The indoor pool needs some upkeep as the ceiling was looking pretty rough in some places.

The rooms were very spacious and had a breathtaking view. The staff was incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist us whenever needed. We were pleased to find a variety of food options in the dining hall, with some particularly delicious desserts. the peaceful garden and game room were great spots to relax and unwind after a long day.

Although the staff were lovely, there seemed to be some organizational issues that resulted in a lack of towels on two of the four days of our stay. Finally, while the game room was a hit, the pools were not very deep and were better suited for younger children.
